Our coaching programs provide a “Just in Time” solution to achieve desired outcomes. We offer individual and group coaching. Coaching is done primarily through regularly scheduled telephone sessions. Arrangements can be made for face to face sessions. A minimum of a three month commitment is required to begin the coaching process. Longer agreements will be determined by evaluating the client’s progress and the clients desire to continue.
- Individual coaching consists of two, one hour monthly sessions.
- Group coaching consists of monthly sessions, in groups of 6 to 8 with people who have similar interests or common challenges. Group sessions meet for one hour, twice a month.
